Important Information – Cancellations & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and equivalent EU consumer rights legislation (for Ireland and EU customers), you have the right to cancel your purchase and return unused, fault-free items within 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
Please note: you are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Uncollected Orders

If you do not collect your order from the delivery point, the right to cancel does not apply.
In such cases, an administrative and handling fee of €25 / £25 will be deducted from your refund to cover return and processing costs.

How to Cancel Your Purchase

We will then provide detailed return instructions.

Deductions for Loss of Value

If the returned item or packaging is not in acceptable condition, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
